Collectivis
Building civic data infrastructure for equitable resilience
We're a team combining climate science, software engineering, and social impact to help governments, farmers, and communities make better decisions in a changing world.
Our story
Thailand has jumped from 72nd to 17th in global climate risk in just four years. As ministries prepare the first Climate Change Act and local climate risk indices, the demand for trustworthy civic data has never been greater.
We saw a critical gap: no regional civic data organization combined climate expertise, resilient software, the Thai context, and cross-sector coordination. We are building that infrastructure.
Not as a proprietary platform, but as digital public goods for Southeast Asia’s 680 million people.
How we work
- Co-design with Thai government agencies and community organizations, aligning projects with national climate and agriculture priorities.
- Ship open-source data infrastructure with privacy-by-default architecture and PDPA compliance.
- Maintain collaborative handoffs between climate scientists, technologists, and justice advocates.
